1-10 Amendments of the Bill Of Rights

2nd Amendment Right to own a weapon.Unless it's anything other than a handgun or rifle.
3rd Amendment Don't have to house soldiers in times of war or peace.
4th Amendment No unreasonable searches. someone has to have a search warrant to search any property of yours.
5th Amendment do process of laws No self incrimination NO double jeopardy Government must pay any property they take from you .
6th Amendment You May be called to be in a grand jury. And can't be held in jail without a reason, Right to a jury .
7th Amendment If your court case isn't worth much money you get a judge but if it's more then you get a grand jury
8th Amendment No cruel or unusual punishments. whatever crime you did should fit your punishment
9th Amendment people have additional rights than what are written in the constitution
10th Amendment Allows states to pass additional laws .
