what is deposition? When a gas ( water vapor ) changes directly to a solid ( ice ) without ever going through the liquid phase ( becoming water )
what is the longest U.S river that is longer than 600 miles? The "Yellowstone River" in Montana is the only river in the U.S. longer than 600 miles that does not have a dam ( reservoir ) on it
what is supplamation? the process of a solid ( like dry ice ) turning into a gas ( steam / vapor ) without ever going through a liquid phase
how long ago did the astroid strike earth? Scientific evidence shows that circa 250 million years ago, a large asteroid struck Earth and within 10,000 years, 90% of all living species had become extinct
