What is the cell theory? Cells come from other cells , All living things have more than one cell , Cell is the smallest unit of an organism
What is the difference between the golgi apparatus and the endoplasmic reticulum? The golgi apparatus gets protein and processes it for “ shipment when it goes outside the cell . The endoplasmic reticulum is an system of membranes and tubes that twist and ships materials letting them pass .
What is the function of the cell membrane? Is it found in both plant and animal cells? The cell membrane i found in both plant and animal cells. AN cell membrane is an tin flexable covering. The function of it is to protect the cell by letting in nutrients and gases and makes wastes leave.
What organelle provides most of the energy for the cell? The mitochondria
What are two organelles that plant cells have that animal cells do not have? Cell Wall , Chloroplast
What is the function of the cell membrane? A thin flexible covering that protects the cell from waste and keep food and water
Is the cell membrane in both plant and animal cells? Yes
Name the process of an organism forming starting from a single unit. Cell < Tissue < Organ < Organ System
What two parts of the plant cell help support it and maintain it’s shape? Cell Wall and Vacuole
What are two organelles that plant cells have that animal cells do not have? Chloroplast and Cell Wall
