Catholic Letters Seven letters of the New Testament that give particular advice on living the faith. Each bears the name of an Apostle
The Seven Catholic Letters are: -The Letter of James -The First Letter of Peter -The Second Letter of Peter -The First Letter of John -The Second Letter of John -The Third Letter of John -The Letter of Jude
Catholic universal, general,or for everyone
Faith the gift of God's invitation to know and believe in him; the power God gives us to respond to his invitation
Hypocrite someone who pretends to be what he or she is not
The Letter of James gives three areas of advice -persevere in faith -overcome temptation -do good works
It is not enough to call Jesus "Lord", we must do what he________ taught
Good works that flow from faith in God show that one has discovered the_____________ wisdom of God
Social Justice respect and protect the dignity of every person and the rights that flow from that dignity
