Market Research Helps a firm find out about existing and potential markets. There are two types of research methods, primary and secondary.
Public Relations PR aims to improve the communication between a business and the public. This helps them maintain and increase sales.
Marketing Mix The marketing mix is how a company combines what is called the "four P's" in order to make their product different from the competition.
Product A good or service created as a result of a process and serves a need or satisfies a want. It has a combination of tangible and intangible attributes (benefits, features, functions, uses) that a seller offers a buyer for purchase
