استخلاف روی کربن آلفا چه تاثیری دارد؟ MAO: Mono Amin Oxidase در این محل رو انها اثر می کند پس استخلاف مانع عمل ان شده و اثر طولانی و توانایی جایگزین شدن با کاتکول آمین در محل ذخیره شان: مانند :امفتامین-افدرین(داروهای با اثر غیر مستقیم)
