Geosphere | Solid part of the earth that consists of all rock as well as the soils and loose rocks on earths surface. |
Crust | Earths thin outer layer composed of entirely light elements. |
Mantle | Layer beneath the crust makes up 64 percent of the data on the earth. |
Core | Earths innermost layer the core composed of the densest elements radius of 3,400km. |
lithospere | Earths outer layer cool rigid layer 15 to 300 km thick includes crust and uppermost part of the mantle. |
Asthenospere | Layer beneath the lithospere plastic solid layer of mantle below it is mesophere outer core inner core. |
Tetonic plates | pieces of the lithospere that moves around. |
Erosion | Removal and transport of surface material. |
Atmosphere | Mixture of gases in the air Nitrogen Oxygen Carbon Dioxide and other gases. |
