Steps for Screen Printing

Step 1 for Screen Printing | Design image, print separations of colors printed on vellum and print a composite printed on copy paper |
Step 2 for Screen Printing | Coat both sides of the screen with emulsion, let it dry overnight |
Step 3 for Screen Printing | Tape composite to alignment tool Align separation onto composite Tape separation to screen |
Step 4 for Screen Printing | Place screen into the deep well plate maker, Burn image onto screen, Remove vellum before next step |
Step 5 for Screen Printing | Rinse by washing away the emulsion in the image area |

Step 7 for Screen Printing | Tape any areas that are not covered with emulsion part of the image, wrap some of the tape on the frame for easy clean up |
