CPCTC (Corresponding Parts of Congruent Triangles are Congruent) If triangles are proven to be congruent, then you can say that the corresponding parts of those triangles are congruent.

Similar Same shape but different size
Hypotenuse The side across from the 90 degree angle in a right triangle.
Sine opposite over hypotenuse
Cosine adjacent over hypotenuse
Tangent oppostie over adjacent
Angle of elevation Angle from the ground (bottom) and going up. Looking up
Angle of depression Angle from above (top) and going down. Looking down
