obvious | easy for the mind to understand or recognize |
consequences | something that happens as a result of a particular action or set of conditions |
element of trust | believing in your people or your organization |
consistency | the quality or fact of staying the same at different times |
motivate | to give (someone) a reason for doing something |
make someone feel small | to say something which makes someone feel not important or stupid and lose confidence in himself or herself. |
sever | to cut off (something) : to remove or separate (something) by cutting; to end (a relationship, connection, etc.) completely |
absolute | complete and total often used informally to make a statemen t more forceful |
congruent | matching or in agreement with something; similar or same |
integrity | the quality of being honest and fair; do what you say and say what your do |
end result | A final outcome of a process. |
access | a way of being able to use or get something |
effective | producing a result that is wanted |
consulting | to go to (someone, such as a doctor or lawyer) for advice |
aligning | to arrange things so that they form a line or are in proper position |
paradigm | a model or pattern for something that may be copied |
mediocrity | the quality of something that is not very good : the quality or state of being mediocre |
passion | something that you enjoy or love doing very much |
intuition | natural ability or power that makes it possible to know something without any proof or evidence : a feeling that guides a person to act a certain way without fully understanding why |
size people up | To get an impression how good someone is at something (whether it's physically, socially, or a skill like playing basketball) or just general rank them - usually vs. yourself. |
