Planting | Placing of plant part (vegetative propagation) in soil called planting. The vegetative propagation are planted directly on the filed should be good in health, vigour, age, stage of growth and desirable number of readily sprouting buds. |
Transplanting | Transplanting is the removal of an actively growing plant from one place and planting it at another place for further growth and production. In this method seed are not directly sown in the main field but seeds are sown first in nursery with proper care. |
