The national bank proved to be a success in that... it kept the economy thriving for over 20 years as it stayed open and opened other branches in other states.
Thomas Jefferson & Alexander Hamilton did not agree on many ideas in the government. Mostly these centered on: The idea of the National Bank and the interpretation of the Constitution. Jefferson was against the Bank/Hamilton for it. Jefferson believed in the strict interpretation/ Hamilton loose
Loose Construction of the Constitution allowed this branch of the government to be organized during Washington's Administration. The Judicial Branch
During Washington's Administration he created several precedents for future administration to follow. One of these included the idea of advisors known as The Cabinet.
The Congress and George Washington were in favor of a national bank. This idea was created by Alexander Hamilton
