Mag Sulfate 1g IV over 5-60min, 1g/hr maint for torsades w/ pulse 1g over 1-2 min Caution RF, may ↓ BP
Procainamide load 20-30mg/min until max dose then 1-4mg/min drip Recurrent VF* max loading dose 17mg/kg
