Dorsifexion Movement; Bring top of foot towards shin
Plantar Flexion Movement; Pointing foot down
Inversion Movement; Turning soles of fett towards eachother

Pronation Eversion; Walking/Running on medial aspect of foot; Palm down
Supination Inversion; Walking/Running on lateral aspect of foot; Palm up
Proximal Nearest to the point of reference or center of the body
Distal Most distant from the point of reference of center of the body
Superficial Towards or at bodys surface
Deep Away from body surface (Internal)
