| Question | Answer |

| Ribbon | like toolbar, commands and other tools are located and exposed. It displays groups of related commands in tabs |
| Escape | exits a segment of a program |
| Enter | creates a new line |
| End | sends the cursor to the end of the line you are typing on |
| Ctrl+end | sends the cursor to the end of the document |
| Title bar | displays the name of the current file and the office program you are in |
| Ruler | used to change margin, tabs, and indents; it tells you the length of the typing line |
| Status bar | displays information about the file; such as page numbers and word count |
| Task bar | shows the start button and all open applications |
| Page break | ctrl+enter; allows you to insert a new page anywhere in the document |
| Delete | removes text in front of the cursor |
| Dialog box launcher | means that there are more options available for a group |
| Double space | line spacing that leaves one blank line in between; and press enter two times |
| Two organizational skills | use agenda book, color-code, plan night before, use folders |
