Senate Must be 30 yrs., 9 yrs. of U.S. citizen, 2 representatives per state, 100 senators, 6 terms, unlimited consecutive.
Federal System divide the power share, to make laws, borrow money between federal and state government.

Concurrent power shared by federal and state, taxing, borrowing money enforcing laws./Elastic Claws: make laws they could not force by way laws, internet laws, and health laws.
Legislative Branch make the laws.
House of Rep's 435 members, serve 2 yr term office. Must be 25 yrs old, resident of the U.S. for 7 yrs. must be the same district(state) as he/she is elected.
Executive Branch/President Must be 35 yrs. old, a resident for 14 yrs born in the U.S. Term of office 4 yrs, term consecutive 2. A max of 10 yrs in office.
Impeach To bring up on charges of wrong doings.
Veto I forbid, (President), can be override with 2/3 vote from each house.
Executive Orders orders/laws (the power of laws) the force of law, President can't be override.
Pardons freedom from punishment, the president does this.
Judicial Branch Courts system, enterperate laws, judges laws
Courts of Appeal 13 courts of appeal, when/if you appeal, your sentence, was not justified and the decide upon it. Stay or free. Trial maybe unfair and they do it again.
Supreme Courts The highest court in the land, 9 supreme courts up to 14 of the 100 of appeal some are denied they pick important cases to look at. Thurgood MArshel (1) african american in the supreme court justice. Sandra Day O'Connor (1) female court justice.
Dristrict Courts Holds trials
Majority Rule most of the people making rules for everyone. Minarity rule sometimes unfair for them, the bill of rights protects them.
Checks and Balances Trying to prevent dominate government, prevent one government from getting to much power.
