Adduction | Moving a body part toward the midline. |
Abduction | Moving a body art aay from the midline. |
Rotation | Turning a body part arond its own axis; for example, turning the head from side to side. |
Muscle Tone | State of partial muscle contraction providing a state of readiness to react. |
Contracture | Tightening or shortening of a muscle. |
