What is the establishment clause? | The establishment clause says that the government cannot astablish any offical. |
What is the free exercise clause? | The free exercise clause says that everyone can worship who ever they was.(Devil) |
What is the 2nd amendment? | Right to bear arms.(Guns) |
What is the 3rd amendment? | The Government cannot force you to shelter soldiers in your home without you consent in time of war or peace. |
What is the 4th amendment? | The right against unreasonable searches and seizures of persons and property. |
What is the four parts to the 5th amendment? | The fifth amendment gives the people the right to remain silent, the Miranda warning, prevents self-incrimination, and the risk of double jeopardy, a person cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property, whithout due process of law. |
What is the 6th amendment? | Persons charged w/ a crime has the right to a speedy and public trail, a jury trial in a criminal case. Be told what he/she did something wrong. Call witness to speak on his/her behalf. Have an attorny. |
What is two parts to the 8th amendment? | A person charged with a crime has a right to a fair fine and there is no cruel and unusual punishment. |
