Standard form of a polynomial | A polynomial whose terms are placed in descending order, from largest degree to smallest degree. |

Leading coefficient | The coefficient of the first term in a polynomial written in standard form. |

Factored form of a polynomial | A polynomial that is written as the product of two or more prime factor. |
Zero-product propertY | If a and b are real numberd and ab=0, then a=0 or b=0. |
Factor of a quadratic expression | To write a quadratic expresion as the product of two linear expresions. |
Prime Factor | A factor that is not the product of polynomials having integer coefficients. |
Factor of a polynomial completely. | To write a polynomial as the product of monomial factors and prime factors with at least two terms. |
