Exocrine and Indocrine Glands are made up of?Epithelial Tissue.
General Structure of Epitelial Tissue1.Apical Surface- Lines the space---2.Epithelial cells may be single or multiple layers---3.Basement Membranes hold the Epithelial cells to the underlying Connective Tissue.
Basemnet membrane is made up of two Layers?Basal Lamina and below Reticular Lamina.
General types of Epithelium ---Covering and lining Epithelium ?-Epidermis of skin-Lining of blood vessels and ducts (glands)Lining of respirtory, reproductive, Urinary and GI tract.
General types of Epithelium ---Glandular Epithelium ?-Cells secrete a product-Ex. Thyroid, Adrenal, and Sweat Glands.
