| what is a monocromatic color harmony? | when tints and shades of only one color are used. |
| what is an analogous color harmony? | using three or more colors that are next to eachother on the color wheel. |
| what is a complementary color harmony? | using two colors that are directly across from eachother on the color wheel. |
| what is a triadic color harmony? | using 3 colors that form a triangle across the color wheel from eachother. |
| what is a split complimentary color harmony? | usuing any color and the 2 colors next to it's complimenting color. |
| what is a neutral color harmony? | any combination of black, brown, tan, white, or grey. |
