| B-Boys | For blood cultures= aeorbic-blue fill first and anerobic-red, growth medium additive; yellow-pediatric bottle |
| R-Ride | Plain Red Tube= clearing tube, no additive |
| B-Bikes | Light Blue Tube= has to be full and has the additive sodium citrate |
| S-So | SST tube= Serum Separator Tube/ tiger top, has a clot activator; also a gold tube |
