Erythema | reddish color ot the skin that can be caused by burns or congestion in the blood vessels |
Albino | absence of color pigment |
Jaundice | yellowish discoloration of the skin; a result of liver or gallbladder disease. |
Cyanosis | bluish discoloration of the skin; a result of insufficient oxygen reaching the cells; associated with cardiovascular and respiratory disorders. |

Dermatitis | inflammation of the skin |
Eczema | non contagious, inflammatory skin disorder caused by an allergen or irritant. |
Impetigo | a highly contagious skin disease caused by streptococci or staphylococci organisms. |
Psoriasis | Chronic non contagious skin disease. Thick red areas covered white silver scales. |
Ringworm | A highly contagious fungal infection of the skin or scalp. |
Verrucae | Warts caused by a viral infection of the skin. |
Skin cancer | The most common of all cancers. Three main types. Basal cell carcinoma, Squamous cell carcinoma and Melanoma. |
