Conic Projection	A map projection made by projecting points and lines from a globe onto a cone it produeces accorate maps of areas smaller then the whole Earth, Such as a nation or state.
contour lines	a line on a topgraph map that connects points of equeal elevtation.
contour interval	the difference in elevation between two side by side countour lines on a topograph map.
equator	an imaginary line at 0 degrees latitude exactly halfway between the north and south poles.
fault block mountain	jagged mountains formed from huge tilted blocks of rock that are separated from surrounding rock by faults.
foliated mountains	created when rock layers are squeezed from the opposite side causing them to buckle up and fold.
