What are the signs of toxicity of Lithium? | Toxicity signs usually appear at levels above 1.3mmol/l o Early signs: tremor, nausea and vomiting, metallic taste in mouth o Late signs: disorientation, dysarthria (slurred speech), convulsions, coma o Death from cardiac or pulmonary complications |
