Term | Definition |
Angle | The space (usually measured in degrees) between two intersecting lines or surfaces at or close to the point where they meet. |
Vertex/Vertices | Each angular point of a polygon, polyhedron, or other figure. |
Protractor | An instrument for measuring angles, typically in the form of a flat semicircle marked with degrees along the curved edge. |
Acute Angle | Any angle under 90º. |
Right angle | An angle at exactly 90º |
Obtuse angle | Any angle over 90º |
Straight Angle | an angle of 180°. |
