What is for sale? | Anything that two consenting adults are willing to trade for. (Drugs, sex, organs, etc) |
What is Justice? | Justice is anything that wae agree it should be. eg: minimum wage is illegitimate, in a free market we ought be able to work for whatever wage we agree to, there should be no federally mandated minimum |
Maternalism? | Nope, there are no other values aside from market values. eg: mothers ought only view their children as a relationship between the cost of raising them v. their potential future income. |
What gets sacrificed? | eguality, faitness, and social goods such as parks, roads, police, etc. |
Thesis; | Government insistance of social goods and equality trample over individual rights to the market. The individual right not to be coerced is more important than "social good". |
