What is the establishment clause?   The establishment clause says that the government cannot astablish any offical.

What is the free exercise clause?   The free exercise clause says that everyone can worship who ever they was.(Devil)

What is the 2nd amendment?   Right to bear arms.(Guns)

What is the 3rd amendment?   The Government cannot force you to shelter soldiers in your home without you consent in time of war or peace.

What is the 4th amendment?   The right against unreasonable searches and seizures of persons and property.

What is the four parts to the 5th amendment?   The fifth amendment gives the people the right to remain silent, the Miranda warning, prevents self-incrimination, and the risk of double jeopardy, a person cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property, whithout due process of law.

What is the 6th amendment?   Persons charged w/ a crime has the right to a speedy and public trail, a jury trial in a criminal case. Be told what he/she did something wrong. Call witness to speak on his/her behalf. Have an attorny.

What is two parts to the 8th amendment?   A person charged with a crime has a right to a fair fine and there is no cruel and unusual punishment.
