| What is the four parts to the 5th amendment? | The fifth amendment gives the people the right to remain silent, the Miranda warning, prevents self-incrimination, and the risk of double jeopardy, a person cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property, whithout due process of law.

| What is the 6th amendment? | Persons charged w/ a crime has the right to a speedy and public trail, a jury trial in a criminal case. Be told what he/she did something wrong. Call witness to speak on his/her behalf. Have an attorny.
