| Temperature increase of > 2degrees, chills, Hypotension, SEVERE LOW BACK PAIN, Low or absent urin output, N/V, Dyspnea, Wheezing, Anxiety -sense of impending doom, Diaphoresis. | BLOOD TRANSFUSION REACTION
