| Consequences of Team Cohesiveness | Morale: HIGHER uniformly effects from MC
Productivity: Mixed results. Uniformity is produced. but higher productivty depends on relationship with mgmnt. TF MC does not necccessary lead to higher productivity!

| Groupthink | Tendency for peole to be so committed to a cohesive team that they are reluctant to express contrary opinion. Conflict can prevent groupthink and be a positive thing.
