Central Tendency | Statistical values that fall around a middle value (the mean, median, and mode)

Circle Graph | A type of statistical graph used to compare parts of a whole. The entire circle represents the whole.

Histogram | A special kind of bar graph that displays the frequency of data that has been organized into equal intervals. The intervals cover all possible values of data, therefore, there are no spaces between the bars of the graph

Measures of Central Tendency | Numbers or pieces of data that can represent the whole set of data.

Mean | The sum of numbers in a set of data divided by the number of items in the data set

Median | The middle number in a set of data when the data are arranged in numerical order. If the data set has an even number, the median is the mean of the two middle numbers.

Mode | The number(s) or item(s) that appear most often in a set of data.

Statistical | Relating to a collection of numerical data

Review the information in the table. When you are ready to quiz yourself you can hide individual columns or the entire table. Then you can click on the empty cells to reveal the answer. Try to recall what will be displayed before clicking the empty cell.
To hide a column, click on the column name.
To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.
You may also shuffle the rows of the table by clicking on the "Shuffle" button.
Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
