stethoscope   instrument used to hear the sounds produced in the neck, chest, heart, and abdomen.  
tachycardia   condition in which the heart beats faster than normal.  
thrill   fine vibration felt by the hand on the chest surface, resulting from a loud murmur.  
vasoconstriction   constriction or narrowing of a blood vessel.  
vasodilation   widening of a blood vessel.
