Fantasy   Fiction with strange or other worldly settings or characters. It invites suspension of reality

Fiction   Narrative literary works whose content is produced by the imagination. It is not necessarily based on fact.

Folklore   The songs, stories, myths, and proverbs of a people or “folk” as handed down by word-of-mouth.

Biography   A biography is the story of a person’s life that is told by another person.

Autobiography   An autobiography is the story about the life of a person, written by that person.

Sensory Language   Authors use sensory language to further enhance their writings such as similes, metaphors,figurative language
