| what is cerumen? where does it come from? | cerumen is wax and it comes from the ceruminous glands that secretes it protects the skin from foreign objects entering the ear canal.

| what does the sebaceous glands do? | the sebaceous gland in ear canal secretes the oily substance (sebum) it also protects the skin and prevents objects from enetring the ear canal.
