Factor   To find what can be multiplied together to get an answer.

GCF (greatest common factor)   The largest number that will divide into to numbers.

Product   The answer to a multiplication problem.

Area   The total space that a shape takes up. It is measured in square units. In a rectangle it is found by multiplying the length and the width.

Dimensions   The different directions that you can measure a shape. In a rectangle, it would be width and height. In a cube, it would be length, width and height.
