WWII Agreements

AgreementExplaination
Munich Pact Britain and France had signed treaties to protect Czechoslovakia and gave in to Hitlers damand of a terriotory in Czechoslovakia claimed he wanted no more but later tore up the pact and took over the rest of Czechoslovakia
Neutrality Acts these were laws passed by Congress to keep the US nuetral and out of war. The 1st Act stated that it was illegal for Americans to send arms to either the Italians or the Ethiopians. The 2nd Act of 1936 stated that Americans could not make loans to ei

Lend Lease Act this was passed on March 1941that allowed FDR to sell or lend war materials to "any country whose defense the President deems vital to the defense of the United States"
Nazi-Soviet Pact This was the treaty that Stalin and Hitler agreed not to attack each other and secretly agreed to divide up Poland and other parts of Europe
Atlantic Charter this set up goals for the postwar world in it two leaders agreed to seek no territorial gain.
