Union | All elements of both sets |
Intersection | Elements that both sets have in common. |
Scalene | No sides are equal |
Isosceles | Two sides are equal |
Equilateral | All sides are equal |
Null set | Empty set |
Midpoint | The middle point on a segment |
Equidistance | At the same distance |
Segment | The set of all points between endpoints A and B |
Ray | The set of points starting with endpoint A and going on forever through point B |
Discrete | Made up of individual points |
Oblique line | Slanted - contains both x and y |
Vertical line | x = any number |
Horizontal line | y = any number |
Collinear | On the same line |
Coplanar | On the same plane |
