m is called third quantum number
s is called spin quantum number
n represents energy level
l represents shape of the electron cloud s=0, p=1, d=2, f=3
m represents sublevel orbital s=0, p=-1,0,1 d=-2,-1,0,1,2 f=-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3
s represents spin of electron (clockwise or counterclockwise) 1/2 and -1/2
