FOOD CHAIN Food chains, also called food webs, food networks and/or trophic networks, describe the feeding relationships between species to another within an ecosystem.
FORESTRY Forestry is the art, science, and practice of studying and managing forests and tree plantations, and related natural resources. Silviculture, a related science, involves the growing and tending of trees and forests.

INTENSIVE SUBSISTENCE AGRICULTURE Intensive agriculture is the primary subsistence pattern of large-scale, populous societies. It results in much more food being produced per acre compared to other subsistence patterns.

LIVESTOCK RANCHING Practice of cattle ranching.
MARKET GARDENING In agriculture, market gardening is the relatively small-scale production of fruits, vegetables and flowers as cash crops, frequently sold directly to consumers and restaurants.
