Reccomendation: 6-8 (250mL) glasses per day |
PROTEINS: Ratio g/cal, functions, what are they broken down into? | 1g = 4cals, 50% of our bodies are protein, functions: needed for growth, tissue formation, blood clotting, transporting oxygen & nutrients, making antibodies.
