rest body is in decreased state of activity with the consequent feeling of being refreshed
restless leg syndrom cant lie still, unpleasant creeping crawling tingling in legs
sleep state of rest accompanied by altered consciousness and relative inactivity
sleep apnea absence of breathing or diminished breathing btwn snoring intervals
sleep cycle person passes consectively thru 4stages of NRM, the pattern is then reversed by instead of going to I - enters REM sleep
sleep deprivation decrease in ammount/consistency/quality of sleep
somnambulism sleep walking, sleep talking, nite terrors, bruxism and eneurisis
