| pancytopenic | deficient condition of all three major blood elements (RBC, WBC, and platelets); results from the bone marrow being reduced or absent |

| reed-sternberg cell | atypical histiocytes; large, abnormal, multinucleated cells in teh lymphatic system, found in Hodgkin's disease |
