What shows when you are late for work? Lack of reponsibility and place a unfair burden on your coworkers who must cover your workload.

What is Stress? It's a person's reaction to demands pressures and expectations.
There are two phystical and mind effects of stress, what are them and describe the symptoms of Stress. Physical & Behavioral effects. Physical: Increase heart rate, headache, blurred vision, dizziness, aching neck and shoulder, clenched jaw and skin rashes.
Destcribe sympotms of behavioral effects. Increased anxiety and irrirability; "flying off the handle" easily; escess consumpion of alcohol and other drugs, fitful sleeping, and poor concentration
What is Burnout? When you are drain of energy or stamina.
Emotion Cues of Burnout: Emotional exhaustion, low energy level, fatigue, Irritability, difficulty of thinking, Loss of instrest in things usually enjoyed, and Depression.
Biological Cues of Burnout: Sleep disturbances-sleeping to little or to much. Appetite changes-loss or overeating. Weight changes-loss or gain. Mood swings. Losse of sexual activity. Increase of colds. & Deteriotation of health.
Manging Streess or Burnout: Exercise, Eat Well, Aviod caffeine, get plenty of sleep, leve your work at wor, don't tell your problems at consumers, maintain and nurture your socail supports.
