Self-care Deficit impaired ability to perform or complete activities of daily living for oneself, such as feeding, dressing, bathing, toileting. It results when self-care agency is not adequate to meet known self-care demand
What are the 3 Theory of Nursing Systems? Wholly Compensatory Systems, Partly Compensatory Systems, and Supportive-Educative Systems
Are required for individuals who are unable to control and monitor their environment and process information Wholly Compensatory Systems

Hildegard Peplau "Interpersonal Relationship in Nursing" ; Purpose of nursing is to educate and to be a nurturing force to a patient for him to get a new view of himself. Interaction is a maturing force; Phases of Nurse-Patient Relationship
