What are the 5 stages of Modified John's Model? Story, what made you feel? (personal knowing), was the action consistent? (empirical knowing), ethical consistency (ethical knowing), aesthetical consistency (aesthetical knowing)
What is the purpose of John's Model? To reflect in depth and better possible outcomes in the future.
What are some benefits of reflection? Easier to see different possible outcomes, better yourself, try new things
What are some downsides of reflection? Could hurt confidence, make you doubt yourself and your perceptions
