A customary ceremony where the actions and wording are performed in a specific sequence or order Ritual
A special right or advantage granted to a specific person or group. In social structures, can also mean the absence of barriers that other persons or groups may have. Privilege
The practice of unfairly treating a person or group of people differently from other people or groups of people Discrimination
Providing everyone with the same amount of support regardless of their abilities or backgrounds (values SAMENESS) Equality
Providing everyone with the amount of support they need by taking their abilities and backgrounds into account (values FAIRNESS) Equity
