describe BSE (done once a month, typically a week after menstration!) inspect in mirror: front and sides while standing with arms up, down and pressed together. palpate supine and standing or sitting: middle 3 fingertips together and in small circles around each breast and under armpit. firm ridge under breast is normal
discuss the resolution phase of the sexual response cycle. the period of return to the unaroused state, may last 10-15 minutes after orgasm or longer if there isn't one. in females it's quite varied as some women experience multiple successive orgasms followed by a longer period of resolution.
describe what to look for during a breast examination change in size or shape, lumps or thickenings, any rashes or other skin irritations, dimpled or puckered skin, any discharge or change in nipples
describe TSE (done once a month) support the testicle underneath w/ 1 hand. use thumb to roll each and feel for lumps, thickening or hardening. palpate epididymis to the vas deferens. both should be smooth and firm. using a mirror: inspect for swelling, enlargement or lumps.
