Abuse Purposly casuing physical, mental, or emotional pain or injury to someone.

Adult Protective Services Government group that takes care of the abused adults, like the elderly

Ceritfication A legal document that indicates a person has met certain standards
Chronic REfers to the fact that a disease or condition is long-term or long lasting.
