Dobutamine hydrocholoride (Dobutrex) S/E= Hypertension , PVCS, Asthamtic episodes, headache N/C= DONT INFUSE THROUGH LINE WITH OTHER MEDS (incompatible)
Milrinone (primacor) S/e= Dysrhythmia, thrombocytopenia, jaundice N/C= Smooth muscle relaxant used to treat severe heart failure
Sodium nitroprusside (nitropess) S/E= Hypotension N/C= Dilates cadiac veins and arteries, decreases preload and afterload increases mycardial perfusion.
Diphenhydramine HCL (benadryl) S/e= drowsiness, confusion, insomnia, headache, vertigo, photosensitivity N/C= blocks effects of histamine on bronchioles, GI tract, and blood vessels
