Rewrite sin x / cos x in terms of tan  tan x  
Rewrite sec^2 x in terms of tan  1 + tan^2 x  
rewrite cosec^2 x in terms of cot  1 + cot^2 x  
What do you use the chain rule for?  Differentiating a function of a function, eg sin 2x or exp(3x)  
What do you use the quotient rule for?  Differentiating a function divided by a function, ie u/v  
What do you use the product rule for?  Differentiating two functions multiplied together, eg (x^2)(sin x)  
Differentiate sin kx   k cos kx  
Differentiate cos kx  - k sin kx  
Differentiate e^(kx)  k e (kx)  
Integrate sin kx  - 1/k cos kx + c  
Integrate cos kx   1/k sin kx+ c  
Integrate tan x  sec^2 x + c  
Integrate 1/x  ln|x| + c  
Integrate e^kx  1/k e^kx + c  
What is the formula for the volume generated by rotating the area enclosed by a curve y = f(x) and the x-axis? revolution around the x axis?   V = pi int(a,b) y^2 dx
